Sauv life: an application that allows you to intervene on a cardiac arrest nearby! By geolocalising you thanks to the application, we send you an SMS so that you can intervene as quickly as possible as a citizen rescuer!
Explication of the project :
Many cardiac arrests take place in France on a daily basis,
and the reaction time in the face of a vital emergency of
this type is a determining factor in the victim's chances of
survival. The quicker we intervene, the more likely the
victim is to survive and reduce the risk of
after-effects.
To put it simply, thanks to the sauv life application, you
will be geolocated and called upon if necessary to arrive on
the spot faster than the emergency services. At the same
time, the idea is to send you an SMS notification in order
to react quickly! The application sauv life is paired with
an account on slack, so we should paired slack with zapier
in order to receive the sms.
Every year in France, nearly 50,000 people die of a heart
attack Survival rates are as high as 90% when the victim is
taken care of immediately !
Steps to follow to code it :
1 - Go on Zapier website and create an account.
2 - Click on "make a zap".
3 - Choose the reference application Sauv Life (working with
Slack) and choose "alert SMS" to pair both of this two
services.
4 - Choose the application Esendex to send SMS and don't
miss to choose the event "send SMS".
5 - Connect your Essendex account to the Zapier application
and then add your phone number to receive the alerts !
6 - Activate the ZAP.
